About the project

Training and facilitating are fundamental skills for youth work and non formal education. Our training for trainers provides participants with an unique experience in 1) exploring basic training skills, attitudes, knowledge, values and competencies; 2) developing communication skills including speaking, listening, verbal and non-verbal communication and exploring questions and questioning; 3) understanding groups, how to interact with them, how they work and the relationship between the group and trainer in a variety of settings; 4) creating opportunity to practice and build on existing trainer competencies through peer to peer assessment and 5) fostering collaboration at European level, within Erasmus+ frame-work and between NGOs.
